PRIVACY
How this website treats your data.
Draft. This statement stays a draft until Firmship has approved it. Marked fields are still open.
This website does very little with your data, and we would like to keep it that way. Below is what happens, and who to ask if you want to know more.
Last updated: November 2026
Who is responsible
Firmship HQ B.V., Zocherlaan 54, 2061 DK Bloemendaal, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 89553764. Firmship decides why and how your data is used, which makes it the controller under the GDPR.
Questions about this statement or your data: info@firmship.com.
What this website does not do
It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no advertising pixels, no social widgets and no embedded maps or videos from other companies. Every file, including the letters, is served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact anyone else while you read.
One small exception. If you pick a way in on the FS55 page, your browser remembers which one (in its local storage) so the page opens the same way next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The contact form
The form asks how you would like to meet (by Teams or by phone), your name, your email address, a phone number if you want to give one, and a message.
The form does not send anything itself, and this website stores nothing. When you submit it, your own email app opens with a message to info@firmship.com already filled in. What you type stays in your browser and is gone when you close the page. What you then email reaches Firmship as ordinary email. Firmship uses it only to answer your request and to plan the call.
Legal basis: your request before an agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) or Firmship’s interest in answering it (art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: 12 months after the last contact.
Hosting
The website runs on Vercel Inc. in the United States, which acts as a processor for Firmship. When you open a page, Vercel’s servers log your IP address, the page asked for, the time and your browser type. That is how the page reaches you and how the site is kept safe. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for the transfer of this data to the United States.
Vercel works under a data processing agreement and keeps these logs briefly, for security and to trace faults.
Who sees your data
Firmship, and Vercel for the logs above. Nobody else. Firmship does not sell data and does not pass it on for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask Firmship to show you what it holds about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit its use or to hand it to you in a usable format. You can also object to its use. Write to the address above and expect an answer within a month.
If you think your data is handled badly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
